Job description

Overview

Responsible for QAC function encompassing the development and implementation of Quality Standards and monitoring of incoming, in-process and outgoing quality control activities of the company.
To organize, implement and coordinate all activities pertaining to quality control and quality assurance
To liase with production personnel to ensure exact requirement of customers’ need are clearly stated
Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports to Executive Director.
To handle customer complaints or any quality related issue and approving new samples of suppliers
To control measuring equipment
To carry out any other duty as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field)

Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills with a sense of urgency.

3 years of experience in quality related field, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of quality management practices and systems

Experience in leadership with proven ability to manage and develop teams.

Ability to communicate and work effectively at multiple levels within the organization

Ability to start immediately and knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
