Quality Assurance (QA) Executive

Salary RM2,000.00 – RM4,000 per month (negotiable)

Job Descriptions : Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, HALAL and other food safety standards
• Apply food science knowledge in interpreting and implementing regulations
• Management of QC Laboratory
• Conduct sensory, physical and chemical assessment of finished products
• Validate critical control points (CCPs) using food science principles
• Conduct microbiological, chemical and other tests
• Analyze test data to ensure compliance with food safety and nutritional standards
• Prepare and review QA documentation, batch records and product specifications
• Assist in internal audits, supplier audits and external regulatory inspections
• Provide GMP, hygiene and food safety training to staff
