Job descriptionCandidate must possess minimum Diploma, higher will be advantaged At least 1 Year(s) of working experience, preferably in Customer Service / Telecommunications industries Motivated, sales-oriented individual with a passion for building customer relationships Computer Data Entry Knowledge Able to multi-task & willing to learn Able for Daily Task Complete Required language(s) : English, Malay. Chinese is an advantage EPF / Socso / EIS Medical Fee & Insurance Career Growth Bonus Incentive Team Building Activities Miscellaneous Allowance
Responsibilities :
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls & messages
- Develop strong understand of our business to introduce our services
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Track and follow-up with potential customers, and convert to new sales
- Identify and research potential clients
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
