A. Technical Support (Hardware & Software)
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Support in diagnosing and resolving hardware / software issues for internal users.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Microsoft Office, email, antivirus, and system updates.
B. Networking & Infrastructure
Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN / Wi-Fi networks and connections across departments.Help monitor network performance and report connectivity issues to senior staff.Support maintenance of servers, switches, routers, and cabling layout.C. Asset & Inventory Management
Assist in updating and managing IT asset inventory records.Tag and label hardware equipment and ensure physical checks are carried out periodically.D. Documentation & SOP Support
Maintain proper documentation of IT tasks, user issues, and troubleshooting steps.Assist in drafting SOPs or guides for common IT procedures (e.g., printer setup, email login, remote access).E. General Administrative Support
Support in coordinating servicing, warranty claims, and delivery of IT items to branches or users.Provide assistance in event setups involving AV, projectors, or IT-related support (e.g., webinars, meetings).Job Type : Internship
