Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers in stores
Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets / customers for stores
- Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets / customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
- Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
- Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
- Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activation
- Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
- Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance
Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any fieldAt least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environmentFluent in written & spoken EnglishHighly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is bestHas a good understanding of different sales techniquesStrong communication, negotiation / influencing and interpersonal skillsDriven, outgoing and is a self-starterComfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantageMobile and must be prepared to be transferred
