Job descriptionWorking Location : 1666, Lorong Perusahaan Maju 8, Kawasan Perusahaan Perai, 13600 Perai Pulau Pinang Working pattern : 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required SPM or Diploma in the related fields. Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Lead - Sortation Centre, SPX Express (Penang)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily Sorting Centre operations, including physical processes, mainly receiving, sorting, and outbound activities
- Involved in scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and monitoring of key performance metrics
- Manage multiple stakeholders by coordinating with the manpower provider, and internal operations teams
- Ensure operations meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through general management, while demonstrating problem-solving and employee coaching / training skills where necessary
- Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and enhance team efficiency
