Monitor the productivity of each agent and assist the branch and Business Development Manager in organising agency development program to stimulus more sales.

Provide services and support to intermediaries, Branch Top 25 agents, Corporate Agents, Direct corporate and brokers in term of quotations, policy documentations, claim inquiry and enquires from all Channels.

Conduct monthly production analysis on agency portfolio mix, business growth and profitability.

Conduct review of refer & decline risk before acceptance of renewal by ensuring all risks taken by branch are according to the Company’s underwriting guide and retain the risk in accordance with guideline.

Monitor and review the validation of the Special Rate & self-rating, co-ordinate with respective marketer to organise the risk survey.

Ensure all risks taken by branch are according to Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Company’s underwriting guide and retain the risk in accordance with guidelines.

Take charge of co-outward and inward businesses, ensure the retention of the preferred business and to update the CICS folder.

Eensure all quotations and renewals are follow-up and maintain 85% of renewal ratio for all classes except motor classes.

Improve cycle time on quotations, risk approvals and other agency related issues.

Liaise with Head Office on Group Health, Special Liability and Bond quotations, policies and endoresements.

Assist in issuing urgent policies / endorsement in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines and benchmark as at whenever is necessary.

Job Requirements

Degree holder in any related field.

Good in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.

Possess strong mindset in excelling and growing with the Company.

Possess own transportation.
