Job Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop weekly financial forecasts and provide variance analysis for management’s understanding.
Lead the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Prepare and review necessary reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
Coordinate and support external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
Collaborate with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Identify areas for process improvement and implement control enhancements as needed.
Assist with tax‑related matters, including the preparation and review of tax returns, compliance with tax regulations, and coordination with external tax advisors.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment within the accounting team.
Participate in automation projects, when necessary.
Other duties and special projects as assigned by CFO / FC / FM.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred.
3–5 years of experience in the accounting field is preferable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
