Position Overview
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the company’s sales organization to achieve business growth and revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, driving high-performing sales execution, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and revenue goals.
- Forecast sales performance and set achievable yet ambitious targets and KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive sustainable growth.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales management team and representatives to deliver consistent results.Establish a high-performance culture through clear goal‑setting, coaching, and performance reviews.Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the sales organization.Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
Oversee end‑to‑end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure.Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure healthy pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and optimize lead quality and conversion.Client & Market Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.Understand customer needs and provide strategic feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategy.Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Collaboration & Reporting
Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure business alignment.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.Contribute to strategic business planning and decision‑making.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in media, advertising, or digital sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a fast‑paced environment.Strong understanding of O2O marketing, digital media, and performance advertising.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
