Lead Customer Deal Desk Specialist (Korean Speaking)
Location : Oracle Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Draft complex or nonstandard contracts or agreements for an assigned Oracle line of business, country, utilizing approved standard and non‑standard options to address all contract variations requested by Sales.
- Validate & ensure prepared documents comply with Oracle guidelines and policies, including pricing, licensing, and revenue recognition, to mitigate risk.
- Project‑manage deals by collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, sales, and DPO teams on a single platform.
- Ensure non‑standard contract terms are approved in accordance with the Oracle Global Approval Matrix and reflect negotiated commitments.
- Advise and assist Sales on necessary approvals for complex or non‑standard transactions.
- Support internal teams by interpreting terms already in drafted documents and providing advice on non‑standard terms before finalization.
- When a Deal Manager is managing a deal, partner with them to ensure stakeholder expectations and deliverables meet a customer‑centric approach; otherwise, act as the primary contact for the contracting process.
- Maintain knowledge of contract processes, systems, tools, and applications.
- Identify and anticipate problems, initiating actions to deliver efficient customer requirements.
- Other responsibilities may be deemed appropriate by Oracle management.

Worked independently within defined policies and procedures with minimum or no supervision.Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.Working effectively under time‑critical deadlines.Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.BA / BS degree; Business Management, Finance certification or equivalent; legal certification a plus.Experience in drafting contractual documents.Minimum 2+ years relevant business experience (preferably contracts management and drafting).Experience with Oracle’s application software.Career Level
