Product Management Executive

Brief The role as the Product Management Executive would be providing support to the product management team to ensure that motorcycle products meet market needs and align with the company's strategic goals. This role involves assisting in various aspects of product development, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch analysis.

Key Responsibilities Working closely with the R&D, Marketing and Sales; and Country Managers to define target products, market segmentation, demands and its speed to market. Support the development of new chassis products for local and international motorcycle and motorsports brands. Accountable in the product development and management processes from product drawing, product specifications including pricing strategy and competitor’s analysis. Manage time and project planning effectively, including preparing presentations to stakeholders. Act as the focal point between Product Management Manager and Product Designer, including Technician. Work closely with the brand and marketing team to finalise on the packaging material as well as other key considerations. Responsible in the correspondences on product development and progress, ensuring the timelines are met. Other duties assigned by the superior and / or Management of the Group from time to time.
