Your new role As an Order Management Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring smooth export operations. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies efficiently. Your responsibilities will include handling high volumes of orders, ensuring timely fulfilment, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise during transit. You will also maintain accurate documentation, support regulatory compliance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction. What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in managing the entire order cycle for export activities across China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong – ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Highly proficient in preparing, verifying, and managing comprehensive shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Experienced in tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure seamless order fulfilment, and adept at coordinating with logistics partners to resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Experience with customs documentation and compliance to ensure smooth international shipping operations.
• Well-versed in collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery operations and promptly resolve shipment issues.
• Capable of operating independently, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills, and ensuring efficient order processing.
• Direct customer-facing experience.
• Mandarin proficiency - must have.
