Work Model

Work Model : Hybrid (2 days in-office (Monday & Wednesday), 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of company applications.

Take end-to-end ownership : from ideation and build to launch, measurement, and iteration.

Act as the primary decision-maker and advocate for your products.

Collect, refine, and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Drive the commercial and user success of each application not just launching features, but ensuring adoption and measurable results.

Work closely with UI / UX teams to enhance customer journeys and usability based on data and testing.

Data-Driven Optimization

Set up, manage, and act upon analytics frameworks that track product usage and user behavior.

Use real-time data and trends to spot pain points and proactively recommend improvements not just react to feedback.

Design and monitor KPIs to validate changes and features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, UI / UX, and Engineering teams.

Maintain strong communication loops with internal stakeholders to align roadmaps and expectations.

Work closely with the development team for smooth delivery.

Collaborate with other Product Owners to align shared vision and cross-functional goals.

Deliveries

A high-performing and commercially impactful e-commerce and front-end applications.

Consistent iteration and improvements grounded in user behavior and analytics.

A well-articulated product roadmap with tactical and strategic deliverables.

Well-instrumented analytics and reporting capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills

6+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role ideally within a tech or digital product company.

Strong experience with front-end applications, user experience flows, and e-commerce platforms.

Proven ability to translate data into decisions and improvements.

Track record of owning a full product lifecycle and delivering business impact.

Commercial understanding of product-market fit and customer value.

Comfortable working across both technical and business teams.

Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Self-propelled, hands-on, and results-oriented someone who makes things happen.
