The role holder is responsible

to lead the overall communications

and

ensure alignment with company’s brand guidelines . Lead and manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the company’s brand and messaging. Perform final proofreading and quality checks on all articles, press releases, and official communications prior to public dissemination. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, ensuring proactive and positive engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for media and external stakeholders seeking official comments, statements, or information. Facilitate media opportunities for company spokespersons, ensuring effective representation and visibility. Develop and refine scripts, speeches, and talking points for the senior leaders. Prepare senior leaders for public engagements, including pre-event briefings and coordination of attire and presentation materials. Lead the company’s communication strategy during crises, ensuring timely, transparent, and effective messaging. Track and analyze public news and commentary related to the company across mainstream media channels, providing insights and recommendations. Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for all corporate awards and recognitions, from nomination to submission and follow-up. Oversee all internal and external surveys involving the company. We are looking for people who Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media engagement. Proven track record in managing corporate reputation, media relations, and crisis communication. Experience working with senior executives and preparing high-level communication materials. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (and other relevant languages, if applicable). Strong editorial skills with attention to detail and consistency in messaging. Confident and articulate, with strong presentation skills. Passionate about storytelling and brand building. High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
