Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project timelines and standards.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to specifications and building codes.
- Work closely and communicate with vendors or partners, main contractors, subcontractors, and others at site to avoid site complication.
- Manage project budget and expenses, including tracking costs, approving expenditures, and minimizing waste.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including subcontractors, engineers and construction workers.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
- Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and manpower consumption reports.
Job Requirements
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field equivalent.At least 5 – 8 years' experience in civil, structural and building works.Strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.Good leadership skills with knowledge of construction methods, cost control, project management and quality management.Possesses own transportation and is willing to travel.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
