Project Manager

Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project timelines and standards.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to specifications and building codes.
• Work closely and communicate with vendors or partners, main contractors, subcontractors, and others at site to avoid site complication.
• Manage project budget and expenses, including tracking costs, approving expenditures, and minimizing waste.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including subcontractors, engineers and construction workers.
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
• Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and manpower consumption reports.
