As we continue to scale in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and beyond, we're looking for a driven and creative Junior Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and drive sales across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Ads Management

○ Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

○ Support TikTok Ads campaigns by creating engaging, trend-driven content strategies and managing ad sets.

○ Assist in Google Ads management (Search, Display, Shopping), with an advantage for candidates who have hands-on experience.

○ Support marketplace campaigns, including Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads to boost performance and visibility.

○ Monitor daily ad performance, analyze results, and prepare weekly / monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

○ Work closely with the marketing team to align paid strategies with organic and influencer campaigns.

○ Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives (images, videos, captions) optimized for each platform.

○ Provide input on messaging and targeting to ensure ads resonate with Ourah Essentials' customer base.

○ Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, paid media, and fashion e-commerce.

○ Proactively suggest new strategies to improve CTR, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
