About the Role

We're looking for an

AI

Data Lead

to shape and scale the way we design, curate, and govern the datasets that power our AI models. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional efforts that ensure our data is high-quality, contextually accurate, ethically sound, and aligned with real-world use.

What You'll Do :

• Define standards for data sourcing, curation, and annotation for training AI models.
• Translate domain and business requirements into structured, scalable datasets.
• Ensure datasets are high-quality, representative, and model-ready
• Establish quality control protocols and implement validation frameworks
• Provide guidance and feedback to data annotators to maintain high labeling consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers, research scientists, and product teams to align data needs with model objectives.
• Ensure data handling complies with regulations and internal ethical AI guidelines.
• Lead initiatives to identify and mitigate bias within training datasets.
• Manage a team of data analysts, annotation specialists, and / or data engineers.
• Communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders across teams.
