Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the claims processing team.
• Accurately input, update, and manage customer data within our proprietary systems.
• Assist in the meticulous review and processing of insurance claims, adhering to strict guidelines.
• Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to gather necessary information and provide clear, timely updates on their claims status.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
