As the Talent Acquisition Manager (TA), you are responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that talent strategies align with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will champion the broader Talent Management initiatives, encompassing Talent Development / Learning & Development and future talent pipelining, ensuring continuous bench strength as well as promoting the employer brand to find the best-fit candidates for both current and future needs .
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across various functions, including Engineering (upstream, midstream, and downstream), HR, Finance, Innovation, Procurement, and other non-engineering support roles.
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand talent needs and workforce planning for the company and its broader entities, acting as a key business partner providing insights and recommendations on talent strategies to support business growth.
- Implement and optimize recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, including headhunting, digital sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage relationships with Universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Lead the company's broader Talent Management strategy, focusing on key areas such as Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.
- Work closely with the Head of HR to champion succession planning to create talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee growth, career progression, and leadership development to meet future organizational needs.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and ensure the alignment of HR systems with the company’s evolving needs; driving and implementing continuous improvement of HR system in the company.
- Manage the entire recruitment process using current available system and other tools to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in Talent Acquisition (various function from Engineering, operation, finance and etc)Experience managing recruitment across both engineering and non-engineering support functions. Prior experience and background in Talent Management initiatives, encompassing Talent Development / Learning & Development and future talent pipelining would be highly advantageous.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.Having a strategic mindset with the ability to drive Continuous Improvement in HR systems and processes.Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates, maintain detailed records, and meet deadlines.Seniority level
