Job descriptionReview and verify data and documents, prepare financial statements following Group standard Work with the Tax Agent for tax filing and handle the tax matters Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Accounts Payable and Receivable : Generate PO and invoices for customers and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection for 3 companies : TDI APJ Vietnam, TDI APJ Malaysia, TDI APJ PTE (Singapore) Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances to maintain accurate financial reporting Bank Reconciliation and Cash Management : Track cash balances and report any discrepancies or issues to Finance Manager Loan Management : Track current loans and proceed with loan repayment within payment term Ad Hoc Tasks (As Needed) : Produce management reports upon request Comply with SOP and propose improvement measures if any issues are identified Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely of task completion Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Documentation :
Collect supporting documents, upload them to SharePoint (soft copies), and organize and archive hard copies in compliance with tax regulations
Monitor supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment for both domestic and overseas transactions
Monitor daily cash flow and perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between company records and bank statements for 3 companies : TDI APJ Vietnam, TDI APJ Malaysia, TDI APJ PTE (Singapore).
Prepare Loan Agreement as requested
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports in compliance with government regulations
