Regional Supply Chain Manager

Aicha Food is a fast-growing regional food and beverage company with operations across Southeast Asia and Africa. We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain and warehouse operations across Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Philippines and Australia.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution across the assigned countries.
• Manage regional warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy, efficient space utilization, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and materials.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth, optimize cost, and improve delivery performance.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain plans with business needs.
• Monitor key KPIs and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, including demand forecasting and logistics optimization.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies across all markets.
