Job description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to support the team in managing insurance applications, sales illustrations, and client engagement. This is a newly created role ideal for candidates eager to grow in a dynamic financial services environment. The role is based in Malaysia, KL.

• Prepare accurate sales illustrations and support documentation for business partners and sales consultants.
• Manage insurance applications, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and case information in the CRM system.
• Assist the team with case management, medical coordination, and presentations.
• Provide professional support to sales consultants and other team members as needed.
