Job description

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Location : Kota Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia

Company Highlights :

Responsibilities :

Design and implement RPA solutions using SAP Build Process Automation and complementary tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.

Develop bots for both low-complexity and high-complexity processes, including document understanding and system integration.

Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows to ensure scalability and performance.

Participate in process assessments and document automation scope and FTE savings.

Ensure compliance with system governance, security, and control standards.

Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BPA or at least one of the following : UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.

Strong understanding of RPA architecture, deployment models, and lifecycle management.

Experience with business process mapping.

Familiarity with AI integration in automation workflows is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
