As an Optician / Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expert optical advice to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

• Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service to assist customers with their optical needs
• Advising customers on the selection of eyewear frames, lenses, and accessories to best suit their individual requirements
• Conducting thorough eye examinations and measurements to ensure accurate prescriptions
• Maintaining a neat and organized retail environment by restocking shelves and displays
• Handling cash and card transactions as well as processing customer orders and returns
• Participating in staff training and development programmes to continuously expand your optical expertise
