Position Overview
The Human Resources Executive plays a key role in supporting Pentamaster’s people operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end HR processes for a fast-growing, high-tech manufacturing environment. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS data accuracy while providing proactive support to both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full recruitment cycle : job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure timely induction into HRMS, payroll, and access systems.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and personal files with high accuracy.Prepare HR letters such as confirmations, warnings, transfer letters, and memos.Assist in payroll administration (e.g., attendance verification, OT submissions, allowances).3. Employee Relations & Welfare
Handle employee inquiries professionally and provide timely support.Monitor disciplinary cases, issue show‑cause letters, and coordinate domestic inquiry processes when needed.Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and welfare activities.4. Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and other statutory requirements.Assist in audits (ISO, customer audits) by preparing HR documentation.Monitor statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp) and ensure timely processing.Prepare monthly HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, headcount).Support HR process improvements and digitization initiatives in line with Pentamaster’s automation and technology roadmap.Participate in HR projects such as HRMS enhancement, competency frameworks, or policy updates.Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR operational processes.Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to handle confidential matters.Proficient in MS Office and HRMS / ERP systems (experience with D365 is an advantage).Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.Collaborative culture with strong emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
