Roles and Responsibilities 1) Client Servicing Act as the main liaison and key contact to cultivate business relationship with the client in delivery of marketing services Developing and creating new ideas, assist in preparing proposals and presentation to new or existing clients Overseeing project planning, execution and ensure correct level of resource is allocated for each project Assist in all project plans, budgets preparation and job expenditure forecasting Monitor on ground activities, set-up and dismantling works to ensure brand guidelines adheres Collaborate with other teams to create and pitch content and events, resulting in all-in win-win relationships Perform post-mortem after the events and make recommendations for any improvement plans Study on current marketing trends and news, competitors’ movement and product specification Assist to develop new initiatives and seek new business opportunities 2) Daily Operations Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner Give proactive updates on work-in-progress Maintain an efficient cross-functional interaction and project management within the agency to deliver client success (Apply now at #J-18808-Ljbffr
