Marketing (Vaccine) - Protégé Program (Start ASAP)

Support the Vaccine Marketing team with administrative and operational duties, using various software and liaising with stakeholders.

Your role

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing administrative and operational support to the Vaccine Marketing manager and department
• Using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and other software to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases
• Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and external contacts
• Assisting the Line Manager with ad hoc projects and implementation
• Preparing marketing materials and uploading them onto Pfizer systems
