You’ll help design and implement our

Secure AI Development Framework (SADF) —a blueprint for building trustworthy AI systems. Your work will focus on fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for cybersecurity use cases, building resilient AI pipelines, and deploying agentic applications securely on AWS and OnPrem environments. You’ll collaborate with senior specialists to ensure our AI systems meet the highest standards of robustness, privacy, and compliance. Your Key Responsibilities

Contribute to SADF artefacts : requirements, test harnesses, compliance checklists, and reproducibility standards (MLflow / DVC). Integrate robustness checks, bias detection, and privacy safeguards into AI workflows. Support audits and reviews to ensure SADF compliance. Research adversarial AI techniques and propose enhancements. Fine-tune LLMs for cybersecurity use cases like threat detection and anomaly detection. Apply transfer learning, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks. Ensure models meet robustness, fairness, and privacy standards. Build and deploy AI models on AWS and OnPrem (Ollama). Develop CI / CD pipelines with security guardrails. Monitor deployed models for drift, performance, and compliance. Build secure APIs using FastAPI for model integration. Develop front-end prototypes with React for operational visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into cybersecurity systems. Work closely with senior engineers to align with SADF guidelines. Partner with compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory standards. Document processes for auditability and reproducibility. Your Qualifications

3+ years in AI / ML engineering, data science, or applied research. Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, ML pipelines, and AWS deployment. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks. Experience with MLflow / DVC, LLMOps, and MLOps. Knowledge of AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, IAM). Familiarity with FastAPI and React. Understanding of robustness, bias detection, and privacy-preserving techniques. Basic grasp of cybersecurity principles. Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. Bonus Points

Experience in regulated industries (finance, payments). Contributions to open-source ML / AI projects. Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).
