Job description

Working Location : ALP OMEGA 1 Bukit Raja

Responsibilities

  • Daily Generate Inbound and Outbound Process in SAP
  • To monitor and control receiving and dispatch operations from WM SAP System
  • First line support to WM SAP system
  • Trouble shoots the problems before escalating to the next level of support
  • To filter all the EM SAP System requirements before raining it to the next level of escalation

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge in computer and Literacy in Microsoft packages
  • SAP basic knowledge
  • Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers’ concerns and requirements
  • Handling customer service enquiries in a courteous and timely manner
  • Constructive and effective communication skills
  • Able to work as an integral member of a team environment
