Responsibilities

Daily Generate Inbound and Outbound Process in SAP
To monitor and control receiving and dispatch operations from WM SAP System
First line support to WM SAP system
Trouble shoots the problems before escalating to the next level of support
To filter all the EM SAP System requirements before raining it to the next level of escalation

Qualifications

Good knowledge in computer and Literacy in Microsoft packages

SAP basic knowledge

Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers’ concerns and requirements

Handling customer service enquiries in a courteous and timely manner

Constructive and effective communication skills

Able to work as an integral member of a team environment
