We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to support our business growth in the Malaysia market . In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, social media, canvassing, and networking.
- Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to develop a robust lead pipeline.
- Initiate contact with prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
- Track and document all activities, leads, and results accurately.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or recruitment consulting.Proven success in prospecting and lead generation across multiple channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.This position is open only to Malaysian citizens. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.Compensation
Salary Range : RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per monthCommission : Performance-based commission provided in addition to base salarySeniority level
