Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Analyst to oversee the Business-As-Usual (BAU) support and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Lead BAU support Operations : Act as the primary point of contact for BAU support related to Power Platform solutions. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement : Analyze and resolve technical issues, identify root causes and implement enhancements to optimize existing Power Platform solutions. Manage support ticket queues, prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. Governance & Best Practices : Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management policies across all Power Platform applications. Team leadership & Documentations : Provide guidance to junior analysts, maintain support documentation and champion knowledge sharing across the team.
