Responsibilities of the Role :

Service Scope :

Provide operational support for client's self-developed systems (e.g., I&C, LPH, Contract Center), primarily covering contracts and related domains.
Efficiently resolve user-reported system issues with high quality and productivity.
Deliver high-quality results for other critical tasks assigned by team leadership.

Requirements for the Role :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years working experience in Java development, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or other common databases are preferred. (proficient in object-oriented programming, familiar with Spring MVC / Spring Boot API development, and experienced with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate / PostgreSQL).

Responsible for business-related system operation & maintenance, including rapid diagnosis and resolution of critical system failures.

Strong communication skills (Chinese & English speaking, English in writing), strong self-motivation, willing to support night on-call duty when required.

The Package :

Attractive Salary (RM5,000 – RM7,500).

Language Allowance (RM500).

Performance related bonus for confirmed staff.

Annual Leave 15 days.

Medical Leave 14 days.

Medical and hospitalization coverage.

Working Location : Uptown Damansara.
