Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with hair salons, hair care distributors, export clients, beauty chain stores, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Development & Expansion
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in the haircare industry.
- Drive expansion into new markets (domestic & international), establishing partnerships with distributors and retailers.
- Explore and negotiate export opportunities to grow the brand globally.
Strategic Business Planning
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and product pitches tailored to client segments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Handle customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales / business development, preferably in hair care, beauty, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales with salons, distributors, retailers, or pharmacies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
