Business Development Executive

About the role

Enerxite Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within the Sales and New Business Development function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and cultivate new sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold-calling activities
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our innovative product and service offerings
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Lead client presentation and consultancy during business development stages
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management in our CRM system
• Attend site surveys to examine project feasibility and lead the tender / negotiation processes
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Participate in industry events, conference, and networking activities to promote the company and identify new business opportunities
• Act as the brand ambassador and customer focal point of contact during all business dealings
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company growth objectives
