1. Administrative & Operational Support
- Oversee general administrative tasks including invoicing, stock deliveries, procurement of raw materials and supplies, and staff-related matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of operational duties to support the business.
2. Project Coordination
Assist in coordination of project-related activities with clients, contractors, and suppliers.Support the preparation and submission of project documents and related materials.3. Process & Systems Improvement
Analyze and improve administrative systems and procedures such as recordkeeping, forms management, office layout, and budgeting.Implement efficient changes to enhance overall office productivity.4. Bookkeeping & Accounting
Ensure that all bookkeeping and accounting records are accurately maintained and updated in the accounting system.Manage proper documentation of financial records.5. Reporting & Problem Solving
Coordinate the preparation of operational and administrative reports.Analyze data and recommend effective solutions to resolve administrative issues.6. Task Management & Scheduling
Manage the scheduling and delegation of administrative projects to meet operational goals.Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of results.7. Other Duties
