BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns to assess their fit and interest.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team and vendors to align messaging, campaign targeting, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Book meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects and drive attendance to events.
- Share insights and feedback from prospects to help refine marketing messaging and campaigns.
- Provide weekly reports on outreach activity, lead conversion, and pipeline status to the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role (preferably in B2B environment)Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, tailoring your approach to different buyer personasComfortable with CRM platforms and familiarity with marketing automation toolsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote settingStrong organizational and time management skillsA team player with a collaborative mindset to refine lead quality and conversion ratesOther Information
