Job descriptionTake full responsibility for business strategy and initiatives to lead sales and marketing within the Segment for short and medium term. Ensure annual sales and profitability objectives are achieved by setting up regular tracking and appropriate phasing while adhering to internal and external compliance requirements. Ensure proper utilization and liquidation of sold products; manage outstanding credit and increase cash inflow within receivable norms. Identify key stakeholders (customers, distributors, PCOs, government, NGOs, etc.) in MY and maintain relationships through frequent contact to drive sales in the region. Identify opportunities for market development in the region to drive sales and market growth. Coordinate with product development for trials / introduction of new molecules, and with supply chain to ensure appropriate availability of product to support sales. Participate in major social events in association with government / private entities in various zones to build the corporate image / branding. Internal : Multiple interfaces with all functional teams in Malaysia and as part of the marketing community of APAC and Global. Strong interfaces with APAC Innovation and Marketing team are essential. Local and regional Supply Chain, Finance and Controlling are also key partners. External : End‑user customers, distributors, PCOs, residential public, government stakeholders, Plantation company. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Agriculture, Entomology, with 5‑7 years of Sales Management / Business experience in Pest Management business. Master’s Degree and technical field experience are added advantages. Be proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, including written and verbal skills. Knowledge of pesticides, general insects, vector‑borne diseases, rodenticide in daily pest control operation in PPM market segments. Strong leadership with the abilities to coach, motivate and develop a team. Flexible to travel within or outside the country as and when required.

- Our rapidly expanding Environmental Science business is looking for a motivated and experienced Professional Pest Management (PPM) Segment Manager to oversee the sales, marketing strategies, planning & execution for PPM business segments in Malaysia.
