Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of the group financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Compile and analyse group results (actual, forecast and budget).

Review and analyse the financial reports for submission to the management.

Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions between different entities within the group.

Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.

Oversee the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations for the group.

Responsible to update accounts schedules and monthly closing within deadlines set.

Responsible for various monthly reports for local stakeholders and holding company in Japan.

Coordinate with external tax / audit agents, company secretary, bankers, government bodies and authorities for compliance and governance purpose.

Actively involved and handling IPO related jobs, reports and matters.

Any other duties and projects as required and assigned by your superiors and the department head.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting and finance working experience.

Possesses prior experience in group consolidation.

Prior experience in IPO would be an added advantage.

Experience in using Accounting Software & Microsoft Office.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Well organized, initiative, committed and have ability to multi-task.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for managing financial data and preparing reports.
