Field Conductor

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• In charged of at least 2 mandores (20 workers) and responsible for the management of 200 acres.
• Prepare monthly work plan with assistant Manager before 28th of each ,2233
• Submission of weekly work plan for approval.

Planning of daily activity the day before :

a. Preparation for Store Issue Note (SIN).

b. Preparation of muster Chit.

Work on the day : a. Perform muster.

b. Check and report on roads, field conditions if any irregularity.

c. Prepare and supervise chemical mixing.

d. Prepare cost book on work done.

Durian Forest Management Program - DFMP (QR Code monitoring)

a. Update database by taking photos and tree growth information of each tree in the supervision area at least once a month.

b. Identify tree with issues.

c. Carry out treatment plan as instructed by manager and agronomist.
