Overview
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for commercial area of South East Asia and Pacific Islands and specifically for activated carbon sales. In collaboration with the Commercial Director, you are responsible for preparing and delivering the marketing & sales plans. The most important focus in that context is further expanding and strengthening relations with our current clients and penetrating new sales markets. In this role, you will give presentations and take care of the entire sales process and customer relationship management. You will negotiate with potential clients and have an active role in closing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercial area of South East Asia and Pacific Islands, specifically for activated carbon sales.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to prepare and deliver the marketing & sales plans.
- Expand and strengthen relations with current clients and penetrate new sales markets.
- Give presentations and manage the entire sales process and customer relationship management.
- Negotiate with potential clients and actively close contracts.
Qualifications
5+ years of prior chemical sales experienceExperience in B2B commercial environmentSales experience of high added value or specialty chemical productsFormer experience with activated carbon sales will be a strong advantageUniversity degree in chemical engineering or related science degreeStrong communication and negotiation skillsProactive approach to work and results orientationGood organizational skills and ability to work under little supervisionBenefits
