Assistant Key Account Manager (Warehouse)
To provide direct support to the Warehouse and Logistics Head by coordinating with internal teams, gathering operational data, and consolidating customer requirements. The role requires experience in last mile delivery operations and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure smooth reporting and effective logistics execution. Key Responsibilities :
Communicate and coordinate with the operations team to collect, validate, and analyze data for management and customer needs. Monitor Customer Service and last-mile delivery performance, resolve exceptions, and ensure SOP compliance. Leverage WMS and other systems to extract and compile warehouse / logistics data for reporting. Prepare regular reports, KPI tracking, and performance summaries for management review. Work with sales and commercial teams to understand customer SLAs, support contract requirements, and align operations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met in daily operations. Hold regular reviews with customers to discuss performance, improvements, and future opportunities. Manage change requests, initiatives, and improvement plans from start to closure. Collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving and efficiency initiatives. Support project handover with implementation teams, ensuring smooth transition and role clarity. Prepare and maintain accurate records, data analysis, manuals, and presentation materials. Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, IT, Finance, Sales) to address priorities and deliver results on time. Gather customer feedback on service quality and satisfaction. Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in last mile delivery and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with internal teams and customers. Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (data handling and reporting). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
