I'm seeking for a responsible and trustworthy personal assistant to help with my daily tasks.
Duties
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide executive administrative support, including preparing reports and feedbacks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage data entry tasks accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems and addressing customer inquiries.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Microsoft Words and Excel for various administrative tasks including typing, transcription, and document preparation.
Qualifications
Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a bonusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on proofreading and transcription accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Must be able to travel frequently around Puchong, Bukit Jalil, Old Kland Road, Cheras and sometime certain KL area.Must have own transportation.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM1, RM2,700.00 per month
