Job Description

As a Café Crew at 9yards Café & Bistro, you will play a vital role in creating an enjoyable and welcoming experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve drinks or light food items (training provided if necessary).
• Ensure café tables, counters, and service areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist in stock management and restocking supplies when needed.
• Handle payments and operate the cashier system.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Support team members and work together to achieve excellent service.
• Report any issues, customer feedback, or incidents to the supervisor / manager.
