Role

Strategic Finance Manager – reports to the Regional Strategic Finance Lead and drives financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision‑making.

Position is onsite at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Prepare management reports with KPIs and actionable insights, partner with business leaders to meet their financial needs, and develop, automate, and transform financial models based on business drivers and market trends.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to provide financial expertise and guidance, evaluating financial impacts and recommending optimal solutions.
• Drive process improvements within the finance function and proactively resolve issues.
• Participate in special projects or initiatives as needed, demonstrating a hands‑on approach.
