Overview

To maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, be neatly groomed and attired at all times while at work. Set commendable examples to ensure the highest standards of subordinates’ personal hygiene, grooming and attire. Maintain a positive attitude and project excellent customer service when representing the hospital. Promote the hospital’s brand name and services internally and externally. Develop a team with high levels of competency, efficiency, effectiveness and integrity. Provide assistance and advice to customers regarding the hospital’s services. Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. Provide support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs. Observe the Nurses Act 1950 (Act 14) and Nurse Registration Regulation 1985.

Requirements :

• Education / LJM / licenses / certifications / experience required to fulfill the essential duties as required / Registered Nurse with post basic; including computer skills as required.
• Registered as a general nurse with Malaysia Nursing Board.
• Current practicing certificate.
• Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the Internet effectively required.
• Candidate who are able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
