Requirements
Key requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel.
- Great written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
- Candidates MUST fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Purchasing Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator in Retail industry or similar role.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Kampung Baru,Sungai Buloh.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities :
Assist in price negotiation with suppliers - Work directly with suppliers to gather and negotiate price lists, compare offers for shipping rates and product prices.Manage Purchase Orders - Completing and maintaining all purchase orders.Oversee shipping schedules – Follow up and through all incoming shipments.Maintain purchase record - Maintain detailed paper or computerized records of purchases, including quantities ordered and received, shipping information, and costs associated with the purchase as well as updating the record.Benefits
