Full Time Worker Needed

Position : Quantity Surveyor

Location : Henree Chuah Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (Taiping, Perak)

Working Time : Mon-Fri : 8am~5pm

Sat : 8am~1pm

Job Scope :

Assist to complete tender tasks which includes :

• Preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities, unit rates, technical data, etc.
• Develop tender documents, evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
• Assist for any price up or variations
• Review contract conditions and report concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related documents

Requirement :

1. At least SPM holder

2. Fresh Graduate are welcome

3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word

4. Preferrable chinese candidates
