The Role

ThoughtFull is hiring an IT Operations Associate to lead internal support and infrastructure, enabling a secure and productive digital environment across our hybrid and remote teams. This role is a blend of hands-on technical support, IT administration, SaaS / infrastructure ownership, and proactive tooling governance. You\u2019ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are fast, reliable, and aligned with ISO 27001 and security best practices.

End User & Helpdesk Support

• Provide first-line support to employees (online and offline) across SG, MY, and remote environments
• Resolve issues related to device setup, software installation, network access, printing, etc.
• Maintain a helpful and solution-oriented support attitude
• Track and manage IT requests using a structured ticketing or task system

IT Systems Management (M365, Intune, AAD)
