Team Member, Collaboration & Workflow

Overview

Team Member, Collaboration & Workflow at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to optimize workflows, improve processes, and ensure efficient and secure system usage across the Group.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and maintain the health and uptime for Collaboration & Workflow systems in RHB
• Recommend, update and operationalize processes and operations manual that supports the Collaboration & Workflow systems (i.e. IT Change Request Initiation and Implementation Operations Manual)
• Be the focal point / helpdesk for Collaboration and Workflow systems support or change requests
• Continuous improvements to Collaboration & workflow systems with regards to governance, control and productivity
• Gather requirements for business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Build, configure, and provide application support for Jira and Confluence to IT and the wider organization
• Utilize design skills to define Jira workflows and related screen schemes for complex, high-impact projects
• Administer Jira projects, queries, and reports as required
• Configure and maintain Jira plug-ins, including evaluating licensing needs, testing, installation, and setup
• Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in Jira to support operational manuals
• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence environments, including project setups, space configurations, and permission schemes
• Manage user accounts, groups, and roles, ensuring proper access control and security
• Support the setup and maintenance of custom fields, issue types, workflows, and permissions in Jira
• Provide ongoing support to Jira and Confluence users, including understanding APIs and webhooks for integrations
